On March 21, 2015, Archie H. Cook , Mr. Cook devoted his life to serving and protecting the public as Former Chief of Police in Laurel City Police Department and Maryland Police and Correctional Training Commission; beloved husband to Deborah Cook; devoted father to Shannon Stastny; Loving grandfather Michelle Stastny, cherished brother to Diane Nicewarner, Loving son-in-law to Nancy Lewis; dear brother-in-law to Dan and Cindy Nevin; Uncle to Kathleen Shea and Jennifer Nevin; and Great Uncle to Megan & Brady Shea; The family will receive friends at the family owned and operated CONNELLY FUNERAL HOME OF DUNDALK, 7110 Sollers Point Road, on Thursday from 2-4 & 6-8 pm. A funeral service to celebrate Archie’s life will be held on Friday 10:00 am from the funeral home. Interment following the service at Gardens of Faith Cemetery.
