On August 8, 2015 Leroy F. Jr. beloved husband of the late Elizabeth Westbrook. Devoted father of Leroy "Wes" Westbrook III and Stephanie Davie and her husband Mike. Loving grandfather to Regina Davie.
The family will receive friends at the CONNELLY FUNERAL HOME of DUNDALK, 7110 Sollers Point Rd. on Wednesday 3-5 & 7-9 pm. A funeral service for Leroy will be held on Thursday, 10am at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Gardens of Faith Cemetery
