Billy D. Emmert
On January 3, 2020 Billy David Emmert passed away; devoted husband of Patrella J. Emmert (nee Stimac); beloved father of James Richard Emmert and his wife Daneen, and Teresa Lynn Lockwood and her husband Robert; dear brother of J.C and Ernest; loving grandfather of Christopher Emmert. He is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
There will be no service at this time. We will have a celebration of his life at a later date. He would have wanted that from all of us.
