Carolyn Gerst

On January 14, 2022, Carolyn June Gerst (Dolly) was called home from Season’s Hospice. She was the devoted mother of daughter Robin Felty and husband Donald, son Robert J. Gerst and wife Cindy and granddaughter Brandy Bradley (Gerst). Carolyn was predeceased by her mother June Dolly (Mooney), sister Ruthie Rosenberger and cousin Terry Mooney.

She loved having her family together on the weekends. She also loved her casinos.  Her motto was, “have fun today, because you may not be here tomorrow.”   She also loved going to the cabin with her family in Grantsville, MD and seeing her brother-in-law and family.  

In lieu of flowers, you may make a contribution in Carolyn's memory to the American Liver Foundation.  There will also be a memorial service held at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 7801 North Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21219 at 12:00 p.m.  There will also be a small fellowship afterwards at the church.  If you are attending, please notify Robin at [email protected].
