It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Catherine "Cathy" Kramer (nee Hall), a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, who departed this life on August 20, 2026, at the age of 74.

Cathy is survived by her devoted husband, Matthew Kramer and her cherished children Bridget Monroe and Brandon Monroe and his wife Tammie. She was a proud grandmother to her four grandchildren: Connor, Brandon II, Abigail, and Avery, who were the light of her life, and a loving stepmother to Justin, Laurel, and Carly.

Cathy will also be remembered by her siblings, Anthony J. Hall Jr. and his wife Donna, Marian Demko and her husband Brian, Lisa Allinson and her husband Rob, and the late Richard Runk as well as by her nephews and numerous friends.

Family and friends are invited to honor Cathy's life and memory. A public viewing will be held at Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Road, on Thursday, August 27, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will take place at the funeral home on Friday, August 28, 2026, at 10:00 AM, followed by a graveside service at Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery, 7401 German Hill Road.

For those who knew and loved her, our hearts are united in mourning the loss of a remarkable woman whose spirit will continue to live on in the many lives she touched.
