It's with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Charlotte Ruth Gillenwater.

She was the sweetest, dearest and most kind-hearted mother and friend you could ever meet. She was a mother to Sandy Masincupp and husband David Masincupp, Diane Meadows and husband Calvin Meadows, Robert Tillage and a Grandmother to Mandy Woods and Husband Dj Woods, Taylor Tillage, Brooke Tillage, and Lauren Tillage, John Mack, Dakota Meadows, Jason Meadows, Jeremy Meadows and Brittany Meadows. Great grandmother to Makayla Woods, Audrey Mack and Tyler Mack and many other great-grandchildren and mother to the late Lorraine Butrim and Carla Tillage and sister to the late Dolores Jean Reighard.

A public viewing will take place at Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Road, on Saturday, February 21, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM with a service beginning at noon. Interment to follow at Bel Air Memorial Garden, 809 Rock Spring Road, Bel Air, MD 21014.
