David Carter Hall

David Carter Hall of Rosedale, MD passed away at his home on Tuesday, June 8, 2021. He was 65. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was the beloved son of the late Clarence and Pauline Hall, and the beloved husband of the late Kathleen (Ryan) Hall.

He is survived by his siblings: Clarence Hall, Paula Cipolloni, John Hall, Louis Hall, Margaret Titus, Charlene Lewis, Donna Hall, and Sarah Lancaster; his significant other: Donna Lohrmann; and numerous brother-in laws, sister-in laws, nieces and nephews, grand nieces and nephews, and friends.

David was a loyal and devoted son, brother, husband, uncle, grand uncle and friend, adored by his family and all who knew him. A man who was incredibly family oriented, he was very active in the life of his younger sister, Donna, who has special needs, and was a constant advocate for her while alive. Before retirement, he labored as a brick mason and home builder. David was passionate about his work and possessed immense skill and talent, as exampled by the many homes he purchased and renovated over the years. Generous of his time and possessions, he could be relied upon to offer a helping hand to anyone in need. He was infamous for “cutting a rug” on the dance floor, which he did at every opportunity, and could always be counted on for a laugh. A beautiful soul, who was gentle, kind and caring, David will be so very missed. May God bless him, and bring him peace and rest. Until we see you again, you will forever remain in our hearts, David.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 from 4pm-8pm at Connelly’s Funeral Home in Dundalk. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at 11:00am, also at Connelly’s Funeral Home in Dundalk, followed by a burial to be held at Oaklawn Cemetery in Dundalk.
