Deborah Veystrk

With heavy hearts and profound sadness we announce the passing of Deborah (Debbie) Veystrk from ALS. Debbie was born on October 10,1950 in Baltimore City to Frances and Marty Veystrk.

She is also preceded in death by her beloved sisters Marlene Peters and Helen Martino. Debbie is survived by sister Camille Connelly,her nieces Joanne Lewis, Donna Turbutt and nephews Tom Connelly and Christopher Connelly. Also great nephew Jake Connelly, great nieces Mary Beth Lewis and Ashley Turbutt. Also great great great nephews Axel Turbutt and Andre Lewis.

A public viewing will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk on Monday September 29, 2025 from 2:00-4:00 & 6:00-8:00 pm. A funeral service will be held the following day on Tuesday September 30th at 10:00 am. Followed by a graveside service at Scared Heart of Jesus Cemetery, 7401 German Hill Rd, Dundalk, 21222.

Debbie found her calling as a caring and compassionate social worker, devoting her efforts to help others in their time of need. She also was devoted to Mother Earth with a passion for recycling. She asked upon her death that everyone make more of an effort to recycle and leave the planet better in whatever way you can.
