Dolores Elizabeth Terzi, 87, of Dundalk, Maryland passed away peacefully on June 29, 2026 surrounded by the family who loved her dearly. She was born June 6, 1939 in Baltimore to her mother, Ann Taylorson, and father, Victor Impallaria. She would later marry her husband, Joseph Terzi, for whom they would spend 63 years together and raise three children, Joseph, John, and Laura.
Dolores lived a life defined by love, compassion and an unwavering devotion to the people closest to her. Her greatest accomplishment was not something measured by recognition, rather it was the life she dedicated to giving to others.
For much of her life, Dolores cared for her beloved daughter, Laura. With patience, strength and endless love, she devoted herself to ensuring Laura had the fullest and happiest life possible until her passing in 2010. Through every challenge and every ordinary day, Dolores was a constant source of comfort, protection, and encouragement. She gave her daughter the greatest gift a mother could give: a life filled with love, dignity, and the assurance that she was never alone. Dolores' love was expressed through the countless ways she cared for those around her. It lived in the meals shared around the dinner table, the stories she told over coffee, and the warmth she brought into every room she entered. Her home was a place where people gathered and memories were made. Everyone who walked through the door felt like they belonged.
She was defined by her kindness, her humor, and her unwavering devotion to her family. Dolores found joy in making others happy and spent her life putting the needs of the people she loved before her own. She gave endlessly, expecting nothing in return, and her greatest reward was seeing the people around her feel loved and cared for. Those who knew Dolores will remember her laughter, her stories, her generosity, and the remarkable strength she carried throughout her life. Her legacy is found in the lives she touched and in the love she gave so freely.
Now, after a lifetime of fulfillment and sacrifice, Dolores has been reunited with her beloved daughter, Laura, her husband, Joseph, and the loved ones who went before her. A love that carried them through this life has brought them together once again.
Though she is deeply missed, Dolores' love remains in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her. Her life was a testament to the power of a mother's love, a love that will be carried on in our hearts.
Dolores was preceded in death by her daughter, Laura, and husband, Joseph. She is survived by her sons, Joseph and John, her daughters in-law, Cherie and Susan, her grandchildren, Joseph, Samantha, John, Michael, and Ben, and her great grandchildren, Kai, Cora, and Keely.
The family will receive visitors on Sunday, July 5, 2026 from 2pm to 8pm at Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk on 7110 Sollers Point Rd. A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 6, 2026 at 10:30am at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church, followed by an interment at Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery on German Hill Rd.
The family welcomes all who knew and loved Dolores to join them in remembering a woman whose kindness, strength, and love touched so many lives.
