It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Donna Jean Ritchie, who left us peacefully on October 27, 2026, at the age of 69. Born on February 19, 1957, in Panama.

For many years, Donna dedicated herself to her career as a Registered Nurse. Her caring nature extended well beyond her profession; she always put others first and treated her beloved pets as if they were her own children.

Donna is survived by her loving husband, Robert Ritchie. She also leaves behind her sisters, Patricia Welling (husband Bruce) and Karen Burkhardt (husband Barry), as well as a cherished group of nieces and nephews: Christopher Welling, Amber Dorn, Britney Victorine, Caitlin Burkhardt, Danielle Doctor, Nathanael Doctor, Alyssa Ritchie, Christopher Ritchie, and the late Jeffrey Welling. Donna was a proud great-aunt to Aaliyah Dorn, Cameron Wall, Weston Gerhart, Aiden Welling, Lucas Bollinger, Jamison, Declan Brazil, and Riley Brazil. She is further survived by her siblings-in-law, Carol Naismith and James Ritchie.

Donna will be deeply missed but fondly remembered for her kindness, her laughter, and her unwavering spirit of love.
