Dorothy Marshall

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Dorothy Ann Marshall, a beloved mother, sister, aunt, and friend, who left us peacefully on May 9, 2025, at the age of 83. Born on January 6, 1942, to the late Raymond and Elizabeth Glaser, Dorothy spent her life in Dundalk, where she was cherished for her nurturing spirit and unwavering devotion to her family.

Dorothy was a devoted mother to her daughter, Jenny Lynn Marshall, and her son, William Moore Jr. She was the loving wife of 46 wonderful years to the late George L. Marshall. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, countless friends and extended family who were such a big part of her life. Dorothy's comforting presence and genuine kindness touched the hearts of many, leaving an enduring legacy of love.

Family and friends are invited to gather to honor Dorothy's life. A public viewing will take place at Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk. 7110 Sollers Point Road, on Thursday May 15, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral service will follow on Friday, May 16, 2025, at 9:30 AM, also at the funeral home. Dorothy's final resting place will be at Baltimore National Cemetery, where a graveside service will be held immediately following the service.

In this time of sorrow, we take comfort in knowing Dorothy's spirit will always live on in our hearts, and we invite all who knew and loved her to join in celebrating her remarkable life.
