It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of George Francis Weber, beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, and friend, who departed this life peacefully on May 3, 2025.
George will be remembered as a devoted husband to his childhood sweetheart, Catherine, with whom he shared 60 remarkable years of marriage. Their love was a testament to the joys of companionship, rooted in a connection that began long ago and blossomed through the decades.
Throughout his life, George embraced the great outdoors, finding joy in hunting and exploring nature's beauty. George treasured family gatherings where many memories were made. George's spirit of adventure extended to traveling, as he cherished the time spent creating memories with his family.
A dedicated parishioner of St. Luke's Catholic Church, George attended Mass daily, finding solace and strength in his faith. He was a shining example of kindness and devotion to all who knew him.
George is survived by his loving wife Catherine Weber, cherished daughters Lisa Alley and Dana Weber, son-in-law Norman Alley, and his precious granddaughters Mercedes Kruse (Jason) and Brooke Alley (Andrew Pague). His legacy continues with great-grandchildren Harper Kruse, Hailey Kruse, Luke Pague, and Lainey Pague. He will also be deeply missed by his siblings, Dolores Wyper, John Weber, Rosemary Cooper, Theresa Smith and the late Carroll Weber..
A public viewing will be held at Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Rd. on Wednesday May 7, 2025, from 2:00 - 7:00 PM, providing friends and family an opportunity to come together in remembrance of George's remarkable life. A Mass celebrating his life will be conducted on Thursday May 8, 2025, at 10:00 AM, at St. Luke's Catholic Church, 7517 North Point Rd. where all are invited to honor his memory.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Our Lady of Hope/St. Luke School, honoring George's cherished values of education and community.
George Francis Weber will be deeply missed, but his spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those who loved him. As we reflect on a life well-lived, we embrace the warmth and joy he brought to all our lives.
