Helen "Tootsie" Pencek passed peacefully on February 11, 2026. Tootsie was born, raised and lived her entire life in Dundalk.

She is survived by her devoted daughter, Bonnie Pencek, beloved family friend, Terry Lake and brother Donald Snider. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Tootsie was predeceased by her loving husband, Albert Pencek, cherished son Alan Pencek, her sisters Geraldine Liptrap and Delores Siperek and her parents Moise and Helen Snider (Brodowski).

Tootsie met Albert at Christ Lutheran Church in Dundalk where they both were members. They loved to dance and especially enjoyed Polka dancing and teaching others.

Tootsie dedicated 40 years of her life to her work with Avon Cosmetics, where she not only excelled in sales but also earned numerous awards. She found joy in the simple pleasures of yard sales, playing bingo, and trying her luck at the slots. Tootsie was a life member of the Rosedale VFW- Post 6506.

Tootsie loved life and everyone was her friend.
A gathering in her honor will be planned for a future date.

She will be forever missed.
