Ida "Frances" Binns

Ida Binns (Frances Binns) was born on October 12,1940. She passed away December 19th, 2020, at the age of 80. She lived in Dundalk, MD most of her adult life in her house where her daughter, Kim, and grandchildren, Bethany, Kayla and Josie, who also lived there for a majority of their lives. She dedicated her working life at Black & Decker where she was a secretary. 

Frances was a loving, caring mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, who continuously put her family before her own needs. 

She was survived by her daughter and grandchildren mentioned above along with her great grandchildren- Bailey, Colby, and Tucker. Also, her brothers Jan and Eddie, and lifelong best friend/neighbor Bruce.
