It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of James L. Freshour Jr., who left us on January 23, 2026, at the age of 76. Born on January 16, 1950, in Maryland.

James was the beloved husband of the late Nancy Freshour, loving father to James Freshour, Lisa Freshour and Ashley Freshour, and brother of Mary Fitzgerald. He was also the loving grandfather to 3 grandsons Damian, Cameron and Nathan.

In honor of James life, a graveside service will be held at Oak Lawn Cemetery on Friday January 30, 2026, at 12:00 PM. 7225 Eastern Ave, Eastfield, MD 21224.
