James Francis Skarda IV

It is with heavy and broken hearts that we announce the passing of James Francis Skarda IV born on November 11, 1989, who was taken from us far too soon on July 7, 2025, at the age of 35.

James will be lovingly remembered by his mother, Robin Skarda, and his late father, James Francis Skarda III, along with his lifelong companion, Stephanie Milchling, and his cherished daughter, Rose Lynn Skarda. Brother to Brandie Shepherd and Colten Skarda (wife Olivia). He was a beloved uncle to his five nieces and nephews: Caroline, Hunter, Landon, Luke, and Madeline. He leaves behind precious memories with his grandparents, Bonita and William Klaus, Shug Skarda, the late James Francis Skarda Jr. and the late Patricia Skarda. He had a special bond with Raymond David, who loved him like a son. Additionally, James was always surrounded by family, extended family and friends who will miss him dearly.

A public viewing will be held at Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Road, Dundalk 21222, on Saturday, July 12, 2025 from 1:00-6:00 PM and on Sunday, July 13, 2025 from 1:00-6:00 PM. A funeral service will take place on Monday, July 14, 2025 at 11:00 AM in the Our Lady of Hope School Auditorium, 8003 N Boundary Road, Dundalk 21222.

James, may you rest in peace. We all love you forever.
