John A. Lopez

John A. Lopez, a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully on September 3, 2026, at the age of 87. He was born on May 31, 1939, in Maryland, to the late Anthony and Josephine Lopez. John was preceded by his late sister, Victoria Weber.

John was the beloved husband to the late Jeanne Lopez. He is survived by his devoted son, Steve Lopez, who carries on John's legacy. John will also be remembered by his stepchildren, Elizabeth and Michael Tuico (wife Andrea), along with his step-grandchildren Nathaniel (wife Tessa), Delilah, Adam, and Veronica, his two step-great-grandchildren: Eowyn and Alessia, and his former wife, Patricia Lopez.

The family will hold a public viewing to honor John on Sunday, September 13, 2026, from 2:00 PM -8:00 PM at Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Road.

John A. Lopez will be remembered for his warm heart, wise counsel, and unwavering support for those he loved. He leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness that will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to share in his life.

John owned and operated with his son, Steven, an accounting and tax practice that was in the Dundalk community for over 40 years. John was an avid golfer and enjoyed cruises with his wife, family and friends, John was proud of his service to his country in the navy in the submariner division.

John put other peoples needs before his own.
