John Reuter

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of John E. Reuter, aged 99, who left us peacefully on September 14, 2025. Born on August 6, 1926. John was a proud Navy veteran, serving his country with honor.

John, a beloved husband to his late wife Margaret Reuter. Loving Father to his sons John F. Reuter and Mike Reuter (wife Linda), Cherished grandfather to Laura Compton (husband Travis) and Adam Reuter. He also took great joy in being a great-great-grandfather to Nathan and Alaina.

To honor John's life and legacy, a public viewing will be held at Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk on Thursday September 18, 2025 from 3:00-5:00 & 7:00-9:00 pm. Funeral service will take place the following day on Friday September 19 at 10:00 am. Followed by a graveside service at Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery, 7401 German Hill Road, Dundalk, MD.

John E. Reuter will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
