Joseph B. Blanchard, a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, passed away peacefully on September 30, 2026, at the age of 69. Born on September 2, 1957, in Pennsylvania.

He is survived by his loving wife, Cindy Blanchard and his two daughters, Jessica Bednez (husband Jonathan) and Allison Rettaliata (husband Jordan). Joe was also a proud grandfather to eight wonderful grandchildren: Josiah, Micah, Caleb, Arabella, Amber, Bentley, Braeden, and Brooklynn. Joe will be deeply missed by his siblings: Alice Blanchard, Jennifer Atkins, Tracey Blanchard, Pat Blanchard, Robert Blanchard, Michael Blanchard and Steve Blanchard. He is reunited in spirit with his late sister, Debbie Blanchard, and his beloved parents, Gerald and Olive Blanchard. Joseph also leaves behind his stepmother, Helen Clark (late husband Walter Clark) and the memory of his late step father, Earl Fitzgerald.
