Joyce Melvin, a devoted wife, loving mother, and cherished grandmother, passed away on May 15, 2026, at the age of 70. Born on October 9, 1955, in Maryland.

Joyce is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Gary Melvin. She is also survived by her son, Brian Melvin and Sarah Melvin, and her beloved grandson, Nolan Melvin. Joyce was a cherished sister to Barbara Hasselberger and Steve Lotz, Buddy and Lori Holland, Rose and Chris Anders, Shirley and Carl Outten, Gordon and Sheila Holland. She leaves behind many nieces and nephews who will miss her dearly.

Family was everything to Joyce. She loved spending time with them and creating joyful memories. A passionate Ravens fan, cheering on her team with every gathering. Joyce also found great happiness at the beach.

A Committal Service will be held at Oak Lawn Cemetery at 11:15 AM. 

Joyce will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
