Lauren Robertson

Lauren Marie Haddaway, was born on May 21, 1959 to the late Louis and Dorothy Haddaway on Dundalk Avenue. She departed this life suddenly on Monday May 6, 2024.

Lauren was raised in the Dundalk community. After graduating in 1977, she went on to work in several fast-food restaurants in the Dundalk Community. She was manager of The Little Tavern Restaurant when it was Holabird Avenue. Lauren also worked at Battle Monument School where she worked with handicapped children. She later transferred to working as an attendant on the school bus. She really enjoyed working on the school bus with the children and was very sad when she had to retire due to an unexpected disability.

Lauren was joined in marriage to Eric Robertson on Saturday July 9, 2005. Her son Richard gave her to be married his father and stepson Eric served as his father's best man. Lauren was predeceased by her son Richard on November 23, 2022.

Lauren leaves to cherish her memory, her husband Eric, 3 step- daughters, Teresa, Yalonda and Kelita, 1 stepson Eric (Who resides I Greenville, NC) 2 granddaughters, Layla and Demyia, 1 grandson Kalob, (Richard's children) 6 Step Grandchildren, 10 step great grandchildren, 2 sisters, Debbie and Janice, 1 brother Billy, 2 sisters in-law Carol and Maxine, a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Road on Thursday from 4-5 pm. A funeral service will be held at 5 pm.
