In Loving Memory of Linda Donovan

Linda Donovan (nee Short), a beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and dear friend, peacefully passed away on January 10, 2024, at the age of 61. Born on April 26, 1962, in Baltimore, MD. She spent most of her life in the community of Dundalk, MD, where she leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.

She loved her family and was a wonderful daughter to Shirley Sheely (nee Woods). Loving mother to Laura Short and husband Andrew Bacher, Michelle Emich (nee Donovan) and husband Thomas Emich, Jamie Donovan and fiancee James Berlingieri, and Nicole Stine. Proud grandmother to her grandchildren, CJ Walker and wife Marissa, Dynasti Heil, Jacob Bacher, Owen Bacher, Alice Bacher, Dean Bacher, Sophia DeRose, and Enzo Berlingieri. Proud step grandmother to Tommy Emich, Sami Emich, Wyatt Emich, Truett Emich and Anthony Berlingieri. And a wonderful loving great-grandmother to Kylo Walker.

She had a love for crafting and was an avid member of her church, Eastern Assembly of God, along with her mother. She also enjoyed visiting new places as often as she was able to. She has had many memorable life experiences that include traveling to the west coast California, Disney World in Florida a few times, cruising on some cruise ships, and traveling and living in Missouri, Louisiana, and even in Japan for a period of time. Although she had a great time traveling, her favorite place to be was with family and the people she developed close friendships with, especially her best friend and mother Shirl.

A public viewing will be held on Monday, January 15, 2024, from 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm at the Connelly Funeral Home in Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Road, Dundalk, MD 21222. Please do not hesitate to stop by. She was known for her love and would have wanted to see everyone.

She will be remembered for her kindness, enthusiasm, and most of all for her love. As Linda would say to everyone when she was either getting off of the phone or leaving a place, "Love to all!"
