She is survived by her husband Joseph Butrim, son John M. Mack Jr and two grandchildren, Mother Charlotte R. Gillenwater, Aunt Dolores Reighard, sisters Carla Tillage, Sandra Masincupp, Diana Meadows and Brother Robert H. Tillage.
