Obituary

Listen to Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Lorraine T. Hamilton, who left us on January 16, 2026, at the age of 89. Lorraine lived a vibrant life filled with love, laughter, and countless fond memories that will echo in our hearts forever.

Lorraine devoted over 50 years to her work in office management at Von Paris Moving and Storage, where she made many cherished friends and left a lasting impact. As a long-time member of Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church, her faith was an important part of her life, guiding her in all that she did.

She is survived by her loving daughters, Kim Woodworth and Donna Hoskins, along with her sons-in-law, David Woodworth and Keith Hoskins. Lorraine was a proud grandmother to Kristina Green, Franklin Green, and Bailey Hoskins, who brought her endless joy.

Everyone who knew Lorraine knew her favorite color was purple. She had a passion for rummaging through flea markets and yard sales and loved having lunch dates with her lady friends, filling her days with laughter and good company.

To honor Lorraine's memory, a public viewing will be held at Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk on January 21, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The funeral service will take place the following day, January 22, 2026, at 12:00 PM at the same location, followed by a graveside service at Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery.

In this time of mourning, let us remember Lorraine for her warmth, kindness, and the joy she brought to our lives. She will be deeply missed but forever cherished.

Lorraine was preceded in death by: Her husband Franklin Hamilton, grandchild Kelly Green, and brother, Deacon Leo Nuedling
