Margaret L. Kapela

On April 19, 2021, Margaret “Peggy” Kapela (nee Weber), passed away suddenly. For 49 years, she was the loving wife of Joseph “Bill” Kapela (2009); devoted mother of Denise Daiker; cherished grandmother of Kyleigh Daiker; dear sister of William Weber, Cecilia Young, Raymond Weber, Elmer Weber, Charlotte Carlevaro, and Charles “Buck” Weber; beloved aunt of Dolly Crush, Deborah Harris, Christine, Lillian and Destiny Shoobridge as well as many other nieces and nephews.   A resident of Dundalk for 47 years, she attended Dundalk High School and worked for many years at the National Wire Company.  In 1989, they moved to Joppatowne, MD, where she loved hosting family events, spending time on the water, walking, and tending to her yard and garden.  She was dedicated to her family and friends and was happiest when she could spend time with them.  She travelled extensively with her family and created many cherished memories.

Family and friends will honor and celebrate Peggy’s life at Connelly’s Funeral Home, 7110 Sollers Point Road, Dundalk, MD  21222 on Thursday, April 22nd from 5:00PM to 9:00PM, with a funeral service celebrating her life on Friday April 23rd at 10:00AM.  The burial will be at Holy Hills Memorial Gardens.  Everyone is invited to attend.
