Mark John Dennis

Mark Dennis passed away on February 19, 2022, in Dundalk, Maryland. He was 63.

Mark was born on November 11, 1958, in Baltimore, Maryland to parents William and Amelia Dennis. He graduated from Patterson High School in 1976. He was a dedicated worker at Atlantic Concrete starting in 1988.

Mark was a lover of music throughout his life – he enjoyed concerts and playing the bass and piano. He was both an avid hockey player and watcher. He enjoyed the simpler things in life – an ice-cold beer, screwball humor, crabs, and a pepperoni pizza from Pizza Johns.

Mark is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Erin and Craig Insley; his daughter Lauren Dennis; 3 grandchildren, Isaac, Oscar, and Avett; several nieces and nephews; and a special great-niece. He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Amelia Dennis; and his 3 loving brothers, Bill, Earl, and Joel Dennis.

The family will receive friends for a memorial gathering at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Road on Friday, March 4th from 10am-11am with a memorial service starting at 11:00 am followed by a brief interment will at Oak Lawn Cemetery. Lunch will follow the interment. All are welcome to attend, celebrate, and reflect upon Mark’s life.
