With heavy hearts but joyful memories, we celebrate the life of Marvin Dennis Blimline, who departed this world on January 28, 2026, at the age of 81.

Marvin was a beloved husband to Patricia Blimline (nee Raab) and a devoted father to his two children, Michelle Gielner and her husband William, and Marvin Blimline Jr. His legacy lives on in his cherished grandchildren: Cora Blimline, Marvin Blimline III, Brennan Gielner, and Aidan Gielner. Marvin was also a loving brother to Calvin Blimline Jr., Sharon Kanyuck, Doug Blimline, Kevin Blimline, and Richard Blimline, and he leaves behind many extended family members and friends who will remember him fondly.

An active member of the Dundalk community, Marvin devoted his time and energy to organizations that brought people together, including the Dundalk Athletic Club, Dizzy Club, Omega Club, American Legion, Moose Lodge, and the Dundalk Heritage Fair. A proud 4th degree Knight of Columbus, Marvin embodied the spirit of service and camaraderie, forging friendships that would last a lifetime.

Friends and family are invited to pay their respects during public viewings held at Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk on February 4, 2026, from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church on Thursday, February 5, at 10:30 AM. Interment will be private.

As we remember Marvin through shared stories and laughter, let us carry his spirit of love and dedication with us and honor the remarkable life he lived. He will be missed, but his memories will forever remain in our hearts.

In lieu of flowers donations in Marvin's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
