Oscar Stinnett Jr., born on December 27, 1951, in Maryland, passed away peacefully on June 3, 2026, at the age of 74.

Oscar dedicated much of his life to serving others as a Fire Apparatus Coordinator for the Fire Department. He took immense pride in his work and always emphasized the importance of community and safety. He was also an avid bowler.

Oscar is lovingly remembered by his wife, Margaret Stinnett. He was also a cherished uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during the public viewing at Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk on Tuesday June 9, 2026, from 2:00-4:00 & 7:00-9:00 pm.

He will be greatly missed by all who knew him
