Rachel Lynne Munshi

Rachel Lynne Munshi was born on May 2, 1985. She had a full head of hair, big brown eyes and an infectious smile. As the years flew by Rachel quickly developed a love for life and adventure. A few of her many passions include: dancing, animals, good food, massages, mani’s and pedi’s and her favorite was going to the beach.

Rachel was also a Christian. She made her profession of faith at age 9. She enjoyed participating in her home church’s outreaches; volunteering for Meals on Wheels, feeding the homeless, and being a door greeter at our church.

Rachel was very quick-witted and enjoyed telling stories and joking with family and friends. She had a natural way of making others feel comfortable. She was a good listener, confidante and friend.

Rachel was a generous giver with a huge heart. She took pleasure in the joy she brought to others never expecting anything in return.

I know my “best present” is at rest in heaven with her Lord and Savior, as well as loved ones who have gone before her. I wait with great anticipation for that glorious day when we will all be reunited. 

Visitation with family will be on Monday from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the CONNELLY FUNERAL HOME of DUNDALK 7110 Sollers Poiint Road. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Oak Lawn Cemetery.
