It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Redell V. Hunt, a devoted father, son, brother, and friend, who left us on August 3, 2026, at the age of 61. Born on August 26, 1964, in Maryland to Howard and Jeanette Hunt.

He was a loving father to his daughter, Gabrielle Hunt and her husband Antonio, sharing countless moments together that included walks with her dog and enjoyable lunches. Their bond was a testament to his dedication as a parent. He held a special place in his heart for his late girlfriend Anna Yeagy, they created countless memories and shared many wonderful moments together.

Redell cherished the time spent with his siblings, Jeanine Hunt and her husband Christian and Rondell Hunt and his wife Kim. He particularly enjoyed trips Ocean City with his brother. He is also remembered by his ex-wife Christine Thomas. He was a beloved uncle to Joshua Hunt, Kasey Haga, Olivia Gromek, and Sophia Gromek, and a proud great-uncle to Karson and Avery. His warmth and sense of humor will be missed by all who knew him.

His passion for remodeling and working with his hands brought joy to his life. The satisfaction of seeing the tangible results of his labor was evident in every project he undertook.

A public viewing for Redell will take place at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk on Saturday, August 8, 2026, from 1:00 - 4:00 pm, providing friends and family an opportunity to come together and honor his memory. Family and friends are encouraged to join in celebrating the life of a remarkable man who brought joy to those around him.
