On August 28, 2018, Richard John Jackson, Sr. Beloved husband to Shirley Binko. Devoted father to Theresa Zenich, Shelley Lewis, Kathleen Peacock and Richard J. "Rick" Jackson II. Cherished step-father to Leah and Michael Binko. Richard is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, 6 sisters and 2 brothers. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your local Veteran Affairs Office.
The family will receive friends at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Rd. on Sunday from 12-4 pm. A service to celebrate Richard's life will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday at 11:00 am. Interment will follow the service at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, 11501 Garrison Forest Rd, Owings Mills, MD 21117.
