On April 8, 2019, Robert Y. Tarr, beloved husband of Carroll Tarr; devoted father of Susan Wade, James Tarr, and Brian Brzowsky; loving grandfather to three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Family will receive visitors at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk on Thursday from 3-5 & 7-9 PM. A funeral service to celebrate Robert's life will be held Thursday evening at 8PM.
