Ronald J. Balcer

Ronald J. Balcer passed from this life on December 23, 2021. He was a beloved husband to Elizabeth "Betty" Balcer. Devoted father to Cynthia Gray and her husband Tom, Susan Balcer Whaley, Terri Seeberger and her husband John and Michael Balcer and his wife Debbie. Loving grandfather to Megan and her husband Frank, Amanda, Michael and his wife Cara, Amy, Katie, Andrew, Matt and his wife Joni, Emily, Nick, Grace, Anthony and his wife Stephanie, and Johnny. Ronald is also survived by his 4 great grandchildren; Hadley, Hunter, Joseph and Paisley. 

The family will receive friends at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Road, on Monday December 27th from 1-4 pm and 6-9pm. A Christian Wake service will be held Monday evening at 7pm. A Mass of Christian Burial for Ronald will be held on Tuesday, 11am, at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 600 S Conkling Street, Baltimore, MD 21224.  Interment to follow at Oak Lawn Cemetery, 7225 Eastern Avenue, Baltimore MD 21224.
