It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Samantha Lee Gurecki, who left us on October 6, 2026, at the age of 51. Born on October 14, 1974, in Maryland.

Samantha was a devoted wife to her husband, George Gurecki, and a loving mother to her three children, Christopher Burge (wife Kristen), Jacob Burge, and Grace Gurecki. She also cherished her role as a grandmother to two beautiful girls, Eloise and Adelaide, who brought her endless joy and laughter. She is survived by her parents, Joan M. Muir and John A. Butrim Jr., and her brother, John Butrim Sr (fiancée Danielle WIlliam).

Samantha's warmth and kindness will be missed deeply, but her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those she touched. Rest in peace, dear Samantha.
