It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Thomas "T.J." Carter III, who left us peacefully on October 11, 2026, at the age of 61. Born on October 5, 1965, in Maryland.

Thomas is survived by his loving wife, Addie Carter, and his two cherished children, Rachel (fiance Jesus) and Thomas J. Carter IV (husband Jake). He was a proud grandfather to Aiden, Luka, and Reina, who will carry his memory in their hearts. As well as his dear nieces and nephews, Matthew Polanka and Elizabeth Vincent.

Family and friends are invited to gather to celebrate Thomas's life. A public viewing will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk on Wednesday October 14, 2026, from 10:00 to 12:30 p.m., leading into a graveside service at Oak Lawn Cemetery on the same day.

Thomas will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
