It is with great sadness that the family of Timothy L. Larkins of Dundalk, MD announce his sudden passing on Thursday April 16, 2026 at the age of 67.

Tim will be lovingly remembered by his wife Julia A. DEMBECK and son Joseph G. DEMBECK (Melissa); grandchildren Zoe, Penelope, and Skylar. Beloved brother to Sandy Wade. Apart of Tim's life; two very special children Charlie Jondo and her brother Jonathan Jondo; along with many nieces, nephews and friends.

Tim was predeceased by his mother Madeline (Lugenbeel) and father William A. Larkins (wife Jane).

Tim was a very selfless individual. He will be remembered fondly for the joy he brought to his family and friends. Tim, though you are gone the love you gave us remains and the memory of you is a treasure we will keep forever. You will be deeply missed.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday May 15, 2026 from 4:00-8:00 pm at Wise Ave Volunteer Company, 214 Wise Ave Dundalk, MD 21222. Dinner will be served.

A Memorial Service will be held on Monday May 18th at 2:00 pm at Gardens of Faith Memorial Gardens, 5598 Trumps Mill Rd, Baltimore, MD 21206 

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made to a charity of one's choice in Tim's memory.
