On July 30, 2026, Toni Paulette Shifflett (nee Law), daughter of the late Robert O. Law and Mary D. Law (nee Powers).Beloved Wife of Richard A. Shifflett, Cherished Mother of Albert "Pete" Peters IV, and Amy Sigler (Jack), Loving Stepmother to James Shifflett (Jaime) and Kimberly Upright (John). Devoted Grandmother to Kayla Brickell, Robert Poremski, Kirk Peters, Conner Sigler, John Upright IV, and Logan Sigler, and Adoring Great-Grandmother to Willow Schaub. Toni is also survived by her sister Kathleen "Ruth" Wetzel (Robert) and many nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents, Toni is pre-deceased by her siblings, Leslie Law, Robert Law, Mary Jefferson, and brother-in-law David Shifflett.

Family will receive guests at Connelly Funeral Home, 7110 Sollers Point Rd, in Dundalk, MD on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM with a funeral service beginning at 7:30 PM. Interment is private.
