Wanda Maxine Locklear, born on March 14, 1948, in Yukon, West Virginia, passed away peacefully on June 21, 2026, in Dundalk, Maryland.

She is survived by her two cherished daughters, Maxine Sullivan (partner Joe Bell) and Lisa Locklear (partner Mike Pendergast), along with her beloved late son, Samuel Locklear Jr. Wanda was a proud grandmother to John Sullivan, Ed Sullivan, Sierra Smith, Cheyenne Smith, La-Teshia Marie Locklear and Samantha Denise Locklear. Loving great-grandmother to Leilani Mestanza, Anthony Mestanza, Little Eddie, Callie, Jenna, and Alyna Sullivan. Sister to Frank and David Hicks. Wanda also had a very special furry companion, her grand dog Nyla, who brought her endless joy.

Wanda often spoke of the importance of family, and she shared her love of cooking and bonding over board games and rummy. She loved her some White Diamonds perfume. She also had a soft spot for Barry White's music.

Family and friends are invited to a public viewing at Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk on Saturday June 27 from 10:00-1:00 pm.

Wanda will be deeply missed by many but never forgotten.
