Wayne Douglas Miskimon Sr. passed away on September 20, 2026. He was born to Vernon and Clara Miskimon in Baltimore Maryland on July 24th, 1946.

Wayne was a beloved husband to his late wife, Sharon Lee Miskimon, and their four children: Wayne Jr. (Theresa), Lorie (Karl), Vince (Jenn), and Rachel (Roger). Wayne was the proud grandfather of 13 grandchildren, one of whom sadly preceded him in death, as well as nine great-grandchildren who will carry on his spirit. He is survived by his sisters Sue, Robin, and Donna, and is joining his brothers Vernon (Butch), Kenny, Kurt, and Bruce, who have passed before him.

Wayne had a life full of love and good times. He was a heavy equipment operator and built some pretty cool cars if you were blessed with meeting him. He was always making people laugh, enjoyed talking, and causing trouble. Wayne was the kind of person that could help anyone in need.

He loved his wife until the day she died and after. His best friend was his older brother Butch, some would say they were joined at the hip. Wayne worked to overcome many challenges in his life but he always seemed to get through them.

He loved animals and enjoyed anything with the word ice cream in it. He will be very missed by so many and we can only hope that he will be with his wife and family once again in Heaven.

We love you Wayne/Dad/Pop. Thank you for everything you have ever done for us and all the love you have shown us.
