William Denbow

William Francis Denbow, 87, passed away peacefully on March 2,2024 at home.

He was born on June 2, 1936, (the oldest of eleven) in Ruxton, MD to David Boyd and Helen Regina Denbow (nee Fink). He graduated from Towson High School and went on to pursue a lifetime career as a meatcutter in the grocery industry until retiring in 1998.

He enjoyed traveling cross country, bicycle riding, auto racing, wood working, and tinkering on his old Fiat, amongst other pastimes.

He was a loving and devoted husband to Norma Denbow (nee Stainbrook) for over 45 years. He was predeceased by daughter Deborah Marie Altomonte (nee Denbow), and Son-in-law Wayne Altomonte. and is survived by his children: Paul Denbow (Jan), Keith Denbow (Rose), Mary Blizzard (Keith) and Michelle Finnerty; stepchildren: Carla Renee Hewitt (Ken), and Mike Davisson (Amy); 12 grandchildren: 13 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers; 3 sisters; and many many nieces and nephews.

He will be dearly missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
