William Moubray

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of William Lee Moubray III, a beloved husband, father, son, brother, and friend. Born on May 30, 1996, in Maryland. William sadly left us on June 30, 2024, at the age of 28.

William was a hardworking and dedicated man, excelling in his role with the Army National Guard . His love for bodybuilding, golf, and cheering on the Orioles and Ravens showed his passion for life.

He leaves behind his loving wife, Kelsey Moubray, and their precious daughter, Paisley Lynne Moubray. Son to Billie Jean Hayes and William Moubray Jr, and a supportive brother to Devin Hayes, Nathan Moubray, and Samantha Moubray. William was also survived by his Aunt Bonnie and Uncle Chuck Cassidy, as well as an abundance of extended family members who held a special place in his heart.

To honor and celebrate William's life, there will be a public viewing at Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk on Tuesday July 9, 2024 from 3:00-5:00 & 7:00-9:00pm. The service will take place at 8:00 pm. There will be a Casual Celebration of life on Wednesday July 10th from 6-9 at the Balco Club, 9318 Todd Ave Fort Howard md 21052.

Rest in peace, you will forever be missed.

In lieu of flowers a trust fund for his daughter Paisley Lynne Moubray will be established.
